The more time and energy you spend following your competition, the less time and energy you have to build your business. After Apple launched the iPhone in 2007, Rack Berry scrambled to create the Storm, which replicated many of the une features. By the time the Storm launched, the iPhone had already gone through several iteration Oycles, making it very difficult for Black Berry to com-pers. To dare, Apple has sold hundreds of millions of iPhones worldwide, becoming one of the most valuable companies in the world in the process. In contrast, BlackBerry's share of the global mobile device market is now approximately 0 percent, down from a high of 20 percent in 2009.
