A note from Daniel

Taking Action ( 3-5 days) 1. Explore various ways to find early adopters based on the opportunity that you're researching. List all potential early adopters. 2. Draft a script for your cold outreach. 3. Thoroughly research prospects. Make sure that your message reflects their worldview. 4. Keep track of successes and failures. Adapt your messaging, and keep iterating. 5. If prospects cancel interviews, don't show up, try to transfer you to their colleagues or direct reports, or are unwilling to talk during working hours, know that they probably don't see a need in their current organization. 6. Keep in mind that there's a chance that there aren't any early adopters for the opportunity that you've identified.
