A note from Daniel

Before making a decision, write down some criteria that are important to you. Put each criteria on a separate sticky note. Choose whichever criterion you think is the most important to you and place it on the wall. Then grab another criterion. Compare each and ask, "If I absolutely had to choose between only these two, which matters more?" Move the criteria that is more important higher than the other. Make your criteria battle one another for priority.

When bad times come, and they always do, their options go from good to great. On the other hand, a company with no cash and high debt has nothing but bad options to choose from.
