A note from Daniel

• Early majority seek out the benefits of the new products, but they don't want to be the first to buy. They will gladly wait for the product to be de-risked and improved with other customers before they agree to take a look. • Late majority aren't interested in technology per se. They're willing to wait for an established category leader to emerge. They will often buy from the market leaders, or follow recommendations from companies or stakeholders they trust. • Laggards would rather avoid technology altogether. They seldom try or use new products, and they dislike change. They don't actively seek out new technologies.
