A note from Daniel

At this stage, with just 30 minutes with prospects, you'll want to focus on understanding: • The Job process: the triggers, how the Job is currently addressed (the people, solutions, and processes involved), and how the Job relates to other Jobs in the organization • The goals: organizational and personal motivations for addressing the Job, as well as the outcomes sought • The gaps, challenges, and opportunities: problems faced, unmet needs, and the goals at risk with the existing solution • The trade-offs: What could make the situation better (or worse)? What alternatives are on the table?
