A note from Daniel

To evaluate wedges, you should consider: 4. Urgency: Your opportunity can fit all of the above—but without a trigger, or some sense of urgency, you'll have a hard time gaining traction inside companies. 5. The path to victory: While you don't want to look too far ahead, the opportunity needs to make sense beyond your initial market entry. Are there enough prospects to make this opportunity appealing? Would you be able to reach them at scale? 6. The status quo coefficient: Friction and the status quo shouldn't hold back the sale. Costs and risks must be minimized to truly make the differentiated value stand out.
