A note from Sary

Ch.6 SCARCITY: The wording change I proposed began by assigning to her clients possession of something they wanted, "We have a deal," which they would lose if they failed to compromise. Contrast that with Sandy's original approach, in which the desired deal was something only to be gained: "Agree to this proposal, and we will have a deal." Knowing what I knew, the wording adjustment was an easy one for me to suggest.
