A note from Daniel

You can group your insights into "themes" or key phrases. For example, if an insight reads, "It was more fun than expected," and another is, "It's fun to watch because of the graphics and the video," both of these can be categorized as "Enjoyable." Then you want to add up all the themes to see which themes recur most often. Remember, this is qualitative research. And as such, you're not focused on crunching the numbers. They are here to give you a relative understanding of what matters to the majority of your customers.
