A note from Daniel

Usage-Tip Emails: Usage-tip emails are helpful nudges that direct users to take steps in the product that set them up for success. In general, usage-tip emails should do three things: 1. Direct users to a specific product page (e.g. "Manage Users" page). 2. Link to specific help-center articles or blog posts (e.g. "How to invite a user from outside your company"). 3. Give actionable best practices or invite abandoned users to return.
