A note from Daniel

4. Perceived value: How did the person envision life being better once they have a new solution? For example, "I was hoping to find an easy, scalable way to convert & retain more paying customers." 5. Experienced value: What was the person's life like after they've successfully used your product? If they churned from your product, what were they disappointed with? For example, "I'm now able to easily convert and retain more paying customers without hand-holding each one." 6. Solutions considered: What were other solutions they considered? What criteria did they use to evaluate different solutions and choose the right one for them?
