A note from Daniel

Marketplace products have a similar loop, where sellers list their goods, which are then seen by buyers browsing the listings. The bigger the network of customers, the more likely an interested buyer will see it, which then increases the probability that a transaction happens. Collaboration products in the workplace function in a similar way—a member of the hard side of the network initiates by sharing a project or document, and their coworkers engage to close the loop. These engagement loops are often best visualized, step by step, as a series of actions that tie into each other. Improving any step in the loop benefits all downstream actions.
