A note from Daniel

Speed bump #3: The false-negative pivot Sometimes, you discover that your beloved product idea is not very compelling. That's a true negative result and reason to pivot. But watch out for the false-negative pivot. It's much easier to chase a shiny new idea than to carefully integrate feedback into your larger vision. Don't overreact and redesign everything. Remember where you're headed. Try tacking in a response to these winds instead of changing course altogether.
