You may not have progress markers or social feedback in your earliest prototypes, but you will need some pleasurable, repeatable activity for customers to do. Here are some examples outside of games: • YouTube: watching videos • Kickstarter: checking out campaigns that you care about • Twitter: reading and responding to updates and messages • Duolingo: play a language-learning mini-game
