A note from Daniel

Playtesting Script Your testing script tells subjects what to do as they interact with your product-without leading them to conclusions or biasing the results. It's helpful to write the exact words the moderator should say, so they don't have to improvise during the playtest. Your playtest script should include initial instructions, tasks the subject will perform, and scripted responses to common problems or questions that may arise.
