A note from Daniel

First, Prompts should be omnichannel, involving cohesive, thoughtful messaging across multiple channels that considers where users are in the onboarding journey. One of those channels should be email. That's because email remains surprisingly effective: • It's accessible—most people have at least one email address. • It's expected—people expect at least a welcome email. • It's understood—it's a channel that's been around for years. On top of that, email can help you stay top-of-mind and drive re-engagement, so users don't churn.
